Our Leadership Team Just Leveled Up at BGCA Advanced Leadership Program!

These midwesterners touched down in Seattle for the week!

ALP is a learning experience that provides BGC leaders and their teams with the necessary tools to teach and develop leadership capacity in their organization.

Over the course of a week, we teamed up with other leaders from Clubs nationwide in an innovative learning experience that provided transformational growth to further our collective mission: to inspire and enable all kids, especially those who need us the most, to reach their full potential.

This program was designed to provide new concepts, benchmark best practices, and provide real time coaching from faculty and peers.

At the end of the week we walked away full excitement and more committed than ever to come home and increase personal leadership, strengthen team alignment and effectiveness, address key challenges, and develop and execute a transformational project that addresses real-life challenges facing our organization. We will do whatever it takes to continue to find ways to increase our reach and impact.
