Club Teens Win Awesome Fund Grant for Gun Violence Prevention Project

These amazing Club teens have won a $500 Awesome Fund Grant for The Club our Teen Center with their TLC Youth gun violence project.

Isia and Layla wowed the judges with their innovative plans for peer-to-peer recruiting and their passion for getting more teens involved in the project. Their presentation stood out among 12 competitors, securing them one of only four winning spots!

We're incredibly proud of how Isia and Layla represented the impact of our center. Their success highlights the importance of youth-led initiatives in addressing critical issues like gun violence.

The grant will support their efforts to expand the TLC Youth project, potentially reaching more teens and making a greater impact in our community.
